Click the Create new action icon at the bottom of the Actions panel to create a new action.
The New Action dialog box will open. Name the action, "Sizing." Click Record.
You are now in the recording mode.
Everything you do from now on will be recorded, so proceed carefully. Do not randomly click about the window, for every click, undo or selection made an action step is recorded.
The Record button at the bottom of the Actions panel turns red to indicate that you are in the recording mode.
