Creating the Action for Resizing & Resampling

Resampling

After entering the correct resolution, note the dimensions for the image.

To change dimensions, check the resampling box and enter new dimension. We entered 150 pixels for the width since we wanted all images in the batch process to be that size.

When you resample you will degrade the image causing it to lose definition and be blurry. The image will need to be sharpen if it has been resampled.

Resampling a file means to increases or decreases the number of pixels in the file. You check resampling to resample an image.
The quality of the image and file size has changed.
