Creating the Action for Resizing & Resampling

Sharpening the Image

To sharpen the image choose Filter/Sharpen/Unsharp Mask from the menu. In the dialog box will be the defaults,
Amount: 50%
Radius: 1.0
Threshold: 0.

These usually will sharpen the image enough. If not, try increasing the amount to 100% and a radius of 1.5 to 2. Higher values will be needed for larger images. Be careful not to oversharpen, you loose color and definition. Choose OK to close the dialog box.

Stopping the Recording

Now stop the action by choosing Stop Recording in the Action Palette fly-out menu or from the stop recording button at the bottom of the palette. You will see in the Action palette the recorded steps.
