Using the Batch Command with Selected Images

For File Naming, you can leave the default option, Document Name + extension, if each file has its own unique name you want to keep.

OR you can change the option, Document Name. The file name of digital camera images usually is an eight-digit sequential number. If you wish to get rid of the eight-digit number and replace it with sequential numbering, choose from the pop-up menu either 1- or 2-digit serial numbers. You can also choose serial letters (a,b,c etc.) This will eliminate the need to rename the files later on.
