Welcome to Design Desk where in a computer classroom setting you can learn a powerful graphics or page layout package. Our computer lab which is located in Rockville, Maryland. View Directions

Class is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The class size is limited to five students or less, which allows for individual attention. Classes are on both PC and Mac computer platforms. The cost for the training is $329 per day. All workshops are two days in length.

Since Design Desk is an Adobe Authorized Training Center we use the student manual, Classroom in a Book by Adobe. We offer training in the Adobe Creative Suites software packages: Adobe Photoshop CS4, Adobe InDesign CS4, Adobe GoLive CS4, and Adobe Illustrator CS4. We are also still teaching some of our workshops using CS3. Just let the registrar know, and that you wish to take the training in CS3.

Design Desk supplements the regular classroom book with additional lessons and techniques. Classes are not just step by step, but how to do your job task. Students are welcomed and encouraged to bring in files to work on.

Monthly computer classroom workshops are available also Adobe GoLive and Adobe PageMaker.
